If you can provide the email address the contact is trying to sign up with, we can try troubleshooting further. To protect their privacy, we'd advise sending us the email address in one of the following ways:
- In a reply to the automated @ mention email you receive from my response, with your username included
- email us directly at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com, with your username included
- call our general support for live troubleshooting
It's possible something on their network is preventing the form from submitting, or there's some kind of block on their email address, or something else that we'd need to take a closer look at for them specifically.
