Email stuck in schedule mode

Hi, I'm trying to send an email and encountering an issue I've never seen before. Tried to "Send it now" and it just put it in schedule mode. I unscheduled it and tried to send directly three times and the same thing happened. So I tried to schedule it for 5 minutes later, and the time passed without it sending. Don't know what to do and support is closed. Need to get this out for an event tonight.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! It is completely normal for the email to say "scheduled" when you select "send now". It can take up to 15 minutes for an email to send but it will usually take only a few minutes. Please select "send now" again and your email will send in the next few minutes. Thanks!
