Email test doesn't go to my company email,

Conducting an email test to my personal email works, but not to my company email. Why? It's always worked previously. This problem began just before Christmas week.

I certainly apologize that you are having delivery issues! We have some general best practices for deliverability that you can take a look at here. We also generally encourage setting up authentication. You may also wish to speak with our Deliverability team for more insight and live, 1:1 support and troubleshooting.
