Email that keeps getting bounced back

I called to give the email of someone who keeps bouncing back the email. I do not want to be penalized for spamming. Nothing seems to have been done.

Hello @FranM53 ,

 

Depending on the bounce type, it may be something you, the contact, or our Delivery team would need to look into resolving.

 

If the contact is suspended in our system, we can attempt an administrative unsuspend. If this is the case, please reply directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from my response, with the email address bouncing as suspended.

 

Otherwise, we'd advise calling our Delivery team directly for guidance on how best to address the contact that's bouncing, if it's one of the other bounce types.
