This is Rebecca  with Unity of P

I re-subscribe one of my contacts ... only to find it automatically unsubscribes when the welcome letter is opened.  Can you help with this?  

I have made several attempts to re-subscribe her.  and her friend Lyn helped last time... the following is her e'mail to me.

OK, so now we know there is something wrong with their system, because I did this myself, and I got a message that I had successfully subscribed. It shouldn’t be this hard!!! Could you contact them and explain the problem?

I apologize for the experience you're having with this contact. I can also see you were able to speak with our Deliverability specialists about having your contacts whitelist Constant Contact in their an Email Client and our Web Domains in their Security Program . Are you still seeing these contacts automatically unsubscribe after they have whitelisted? If so, please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post and the exact email addresses this is happening to we can take a closer look.
