We have an email record that was restored after it had been opted out. Her record shows that a confirmation request has been sent, but she does not find it in her inbox or spam. Therefore she does not receive our regular emails. Does anyone have experience with this and a solution?


Hi @UnityMontclair thank you for reaching out to the Community about your contact! Is this user also unable to locate the resubscribe email in their spam or junk folder? If so, the workaround we suggest is to have them the sign-up form you may have on your website, or the shareable URL for a lead generation landing page sign-up form.
