When sending test email to my partner, the background changes color in parts of the newsletter when viewed on her iPhone, while it appears solidly one color on my iPhone. I rebuilt the email rather than copying a previous one, in case there was an "invisible" layer that I couldn't remove, but the same problem persists. Can you explain what we should do? I sent a test to another person, and the test showed up correctly -- all dark blue background -- on his. What's happening on my partner's iPhone that is causing this problem? Concerned that this might also affect other people's messages.

Hello @AnneB193,
I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused! Due to some recent changes made by Microsoft, the code that we use for mobile responsiveness no longer works in the Outlook Mobile App for iPhone. This is something Outlook will have to update on their end. In the meantime, view the email campaign in a different mobile mail client such as the native mail app or the gmail app.
