Hello, Many of our email recipients have said they are receiving scheduled emails as far as an hour from when it was sent out. How can we get this issue resolved? Please advise. Thank you.
We realize the importance of your contacts getting your campaigns in a timely manner. The delivery of your most recent campaign showed no issues. But there are delays that can be caused by outside forces such as security programs, filters and certain security settings on the recipients’ end.
But I would be happy to investigate further if you would like to send a bit more information such as email addresses of some of the recipients saying they didn’t receive the campaign until an hour after you sent it. And please clarify the name of the campaign as well.
