All my emails to .mil and .gov domains are bouncing. Is CC unable to send to these address?
Hello @TomT605 ,
It appears these are all bouncing as "other." Essentially it just means that the domain or ISP didn't give us a recognized code for why it rejected the email. My recommendation would be to reach out to our Deliverability team, to see if they have any insight to offer. They'd also be best equipped to provide instructions and guidance if you need to do something with safelisting or authentication.
Hi William, the common denominator is they are all military addresses which is a large portion of our market. The Armed Forces use the .mil domain. Since they are bouncing at all the services addresses, my question is whether Constant Contact has been blocked by the military. Possibly all email campaign companies have been blocked? Have you had any other input from users regarding this? Thanks for any help. TT
Hello @TomT605
We understand how this can be an inconvenience, especially if you are mainly sending to individuals within this domain. Since they are bouncing as "Other" it is more difficult to pinpoint the reason or fix at surface level. Our recommendation would be to reach out to our Deliverability team, to see if they have any insight to offer. They'd also be best equipped to provide instructions and guidance if you need to do something with safelisting or authentication.
