Emails not going to Inbox

Emails are not reaching the inbox of the desired recipients. It is reaching to the "Promotions" tab on Gmail. Also stats are not being updated accurately on concerned page. For example 'I opened the email' but still stat page is showing 'No emails opened',

Here's more information on Gmail's Promotions tab, and how it works with ESPs such as us.

Please make sure you're allowing images to show / download, otherwise our reporting cannot track the open.
