Emails seem to be going out slow. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm sorry you are experiencing slowness while working in your account. I would love to troubleshoot this further for you. The first thing I always recommend is changing browsers to see if the slowness occurs there as well. If that doesn't resolve the issue can you send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following information so we can take a deeper look at this?


  • Your username
  • A reference to this post
  • The browsers you have tried
  • Your current internet speed
  • Where you are working in the account while experiencing the slowness
  • Any other information you think may be pertinent
