Why is it that all of a sudden our customers say they are not receiving our email we are sending out....our open rate was between 12-20% on average now it is about 2-3%.   What would have changed to cause this....our customers are telling us they are no longer receiving our information.

Taking a look at some of your email campaigns it looks like the list as grown quite a bit. We could also recommend changing up content. For example if you usually send out campaigns that are mainly one image/pdf you could create one in our editor instead! It doesn't look like there have been an increase in spam reports or unsubscribes. I can also recommend viewing some our helpful tips on how to improve your open rates here.

I guess you do not understand what I am saying, why all of a sudden do my customers not receive my emails.

It sounds like you may need to contact your customers to see if your emails are landing in the spam folder. Due to content in your emails, they may be there. I also recommend taking a look at your bounces to see if you have an increase in bounced email addresses, as that may be why your customer's aren't receiving your newsletters.
