Embed a web page into a COnstant Contact email

I would like to embed a form from JotForm into a Constant Contact email.  This would enable a recipient to fill out the form from within the email rather than having to go to another page.

At this time, it isn't possible to embed forms or webpages directly in emails sent through us. We'd advise linking to it via a text, image, or button link.
