Not sure if this is a Constant Contact issue or a Firefox bug, but the embedded signup forms aren't displaying for us on this page (or other pages) while using the latest version of the Firefox browser on Mac or PC. (It did display in Firefox v102.0.1.)
Though the Archive embed displays on the same page and the form embed shows up fine in the latest versions of Chrome and Safari:
Hello @Scripps_Oceanography ,
It looks like this is a very recent issue that's popped up on our engineers' radar, and they're still collecting info and investigating it. I've submitted your case to their queue, with the link and imagery included for their investigations. If and when they have an update regarding this, they'll make sure to notify you directly. At this time, we don't have an ETA on a fix or any workarounds that wouldn't require using a wholly different browser.
Thanks, wanted to make sure it was reported.
We are having the same problem on multiple sites. Some are WordPress and some are built on Kentico. I believe the latest version of Firefox has some new security measures that are blocking the forms. This is really bad for us, so a quick fix would be helpful. The forms are working on other browsers, but we can't control the browser selection of our end users.
The forms were working for us in Firefox this morning. Firefox updated to v103.0.1 the other day, but that didn't include a fix, so I'm guessing the Constant Contact devs fixed it. (One of the programmers I work with thought it was a broken function testing to confirm the browser was Firefox and that Firefox v103 wasn't validating.)
