Can you elaborate a bit, please? Are you referring to a sign up form's code, such as an inline or pop-up form made in our system? If so, you'll need to use the Wix Constant Contact plugin to get the same effect, since Wix doesn't accept our universal code or pop up code. For further assistance on plugging in this additional element, you'll want to reach out to Wix support.
