Emojis showing up at question mark in Twitter post

Emojis showing up at question mark in Twitter post

Why does this happen? I make a subject line. Add a VERY simply emoji then it doesn't translate on the twitter post I do. It's so strange AND kind of embarrassing. I end up deleting it and reposting manually. I would really like to see Constant Contact up their emoji game to the next level.

Hi !

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I absolutely love that carousel picture!!

Our Development team is aware of this issue with emojis not posting correctly on social, and are working to get it fixed. I have tracked this on your behalf and we will send an email letting you know once the issue has been resolved. You are already doing the workaround which is to make a post manually.
