Employer Birthday email

All the content I see for sending a Happy Birthday email are relative to contacts/customers who input their birthday themselves.

I am trying to build an email to come from our HR department to employees. Thus - we have their birthdays. I can add that as a column in my list. However, when I go to build a test and try to schedule per the tutorial here: https://blogs.constantcontact.com/how-to-automated-birthday-emails/ I don't get the When to send.... on birthday etc. option. How do I access that?

Hi @FAC123 , 

 

That is a great question. To schedule an email to send on a contact's birthday, you need to start by creating it from a Birthday Email Template. To access these, you will want to be on your Campaigns page, and then click Create at the top right. From there, you'll click on Email Automation, and then Birthday Email Templates.
