I have taken a closer look at your campaign and can see it is not connected through our greeting feature. Not only this, but it is also a Legacy Email campaign. Is this a campaign that is copied and edited often? We have seen cases where emails in this system that are used too often can cause changes in its HTML. Did this personalization show in any test emails you sent? Sending yourself a test email is a great step to take to make sure all of your content displays correct. I would even suggest moving over to our newer Third Generation Editor. This editor is designed to help avoid any HTML changes made from copying your template.
