Engagement Reporting

It would be incredibly useful to be able to run some kind of engagement report that shows me which of my contacts have not interacted with any of our emails over a certain period of time.

Hello @MelissaA65 ,

I'm happy to say we have a feature that can do this for you, called Segments! With this tool you can narrow down contacts by certain criteria, such as having not opened a certain number of emails, so that you can manage your lists more efficiently. Please let us know if you have any additional questions about that option.

Segments has been very useful.

I do have a question about Engagement. What criteria are used to determine Low, High, Moderate or Everyone Else? Is it a percentage of opens per any given contact? I would like to see something with a bit more information so I know what those Terms really mean.

Thank you

Hello @unett0 ,

If you're talking about the engagement reporting in our Contacts Beta, you may be interested in taking a look at this article.

Essentially, the engagement is going to be based on how often you send to contacts, and how often they actually open and/or click on something in your emails. High, Moderate, and Low Engagement are going to be provided for contacts you're regularly emailing. Everyone Else would be contacts you rarely email or that simply haven't opened any emails you've sent.
