Error Message: We Could Not Verify Your Authenticated Sender Address

We are unable to send to anyone with a Gmail address. Have been working with support, nothing has remedied this. Before calling support again - Has anyone else had these issues?

Hello @ToryW8 ,

 

I'm looking at your account, and it doesn't look like you have self-authentication setup at all right now. If you're needing guidance on setting up self-auth, since you have your own domain, I'd recommend following along with our main article on the topic for the type of authentication you wish to setup.

 

For further insight and guidance on self-authentication, I'd recommend speaking directly with the Delivery team.
