Hello @BrianW08002,

Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. It's my pleasure to assist you today. Usually when we see that error, it's in a custom code email and it means that something in the code is incorrect. However, I've taken a look at your account and see that you're not using that editor. If you're still receiving that error, could you please reply with the name of the campaign this is happening in?

I'm having this issue too. The campaign is called "First 5 Email Template w/links contact information."

No custom code whatsoever. Please reach out to me at - to help remedy this.

I apologize but I am having a hard time finding your Constant Contact account. Would you please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your account username and a reference to this post? We'll take a look at that campaign and see what may be happening.

Thanks!

I am getting the same error message under "homecoming/symphony" campaign

Hello @KendraW98 ,

I went into your account and made some minor tweaks to your campaign (which I immediately undid), and didn't get the same error when saving.

Are you facing any odd lag or latency issues while using the editor? Does clearing your browser's cache alleviate the issue? Does using Incognito / Private browsing, or disabling plugins / addons get around the issue?

If the issue still persists after those troubleshooting steps, would you be able to provide the name of your ISP, as well as a screenshot of any errors in your console? To bring up the console:

  1. Right click on the email
  2. Choose "Inspect"
  3. Under "Console" look for red errors/get screenshot
    OR
Click the F12 button in the browser and click the Console tab
