Error Scheduling Posts With No Reason Why

I don't understand what's so hard with at least telling us why when posting social media an error pops up saying Uh-Oh an error occurred please try again what the heck is that? and then it still never posts just keep giving an error.  We pay enough that you could at least give us a clue on the weekends when there is no support as to why there is an error instead of an unhelpful message try again.

I am sorry to hear that you were getting an error when trying to post your email on social media. I have taken a look at the latest email that you have sent from your account and it appears that your message successfully posted. In most cases, this error is resolved by relinking your social media accounts. Click Here for instructions on this process.

Your solution did nto work I am still having the same error. Why? Very frustrating!

I'm sorry you are encountering the error. I see that your posts have been scheduled and pushed out. I don't any longer see any errors. If you are still having trouble, please feel free to send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the name of the campaign you are trying to post and the error you are encountering as well as your username and a reference to this post.
