Several people have contacted us saying they are receiving the following error when they attempt to register for our events using Constant Contact:
We're sorry but we've experienced an error processing your request.
Please contact the Event Organizer.
It is not everyone, just some people. Any ideas why this is happening?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. This error may be caused by a character in the email address that is being used to sign up. I recommend trying to manually sign up the contact with a different email address and editing the registrant details later with the correct one to see if that fixes the error message. Thanks!
