Error downloading a pdf of already sent email

I'm trying to download a copy of an email I already sent out through CC, but when I go to download it, after spinning, I get a message saying "Error, campaign generation failed. Please try again later." I needed to download on Friday, but no luck, and again today I've tried multiple times again. Any advice?

Hello @FCCOG ,

 

Have you since deleted the document from your library? Are you able to access it via the Preview version of your email? Are you able to access the PDF in other browsers, or email apps? Are you able to access it directly through your library?
