What category did you list if you are a not for profit

Hello @EileenH059 ,

 

At this time, the SMS addon lacks "non-profit" as one of the selectable industries. I'd advise going with one of the other options that can still apply to your type of organization, such as Professional, NGO, or Manufacturing. The rejection aspect is more likely due to something not lining up with either your organization name or EIN. If you continue to have issues registering for the SMS addon, I'd advise calling our general support so they can work live with our higher level Tier 2 support team to troubleshoot the registration for you.
