Error message says "Unable to Schedule and email at this time..." Help.

RED FLAG: "You are unable to schedule an email at this time. Please contact support for assistance." Support is closed. Phone and Chat options. Of course. Any ideas? This is a relatively new account and just sending the first email. Spend all day on content and formatting, test looked good...now it won't send.
