I continue to get the following error message when trying to upload a new jpeg: "File extension does not match file format. Save the file in a different format and try again."
Even though I have: a) saved the file as a .jpg; b) labeled it as a .jpg (flyer.jpg); and resaved it as a .jpg in Microsoft photos, I still get this message. The only work-around I have been able to use so far is to print out the jpeg, scan it on my printer, and rename it a .jpg. This wastes a lot of time and resources. Help!
Also, this help message service would be alot more friendly if I could paste the error message directly from your site to show you what is happening!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! When changing the file format, have you tried changing it to a .png file type to see if that works instead of .jpg? Also, if you wouldn't mind taking a screenshot of the error message and also attaching the picture you are trying to upload with your response that would be extremely helpful. Thank you!
