Hello,

Why do I get an error message when trying to send an email test? Please help because I need messages sent out and approved.

Hello @LynetteR57 ,

 

Once a trial account hits its overall live send limit, it can't send test emails or live emails. To continue sending emails through the account, we'd need you to upgrade to a paid account.
