Hello @LorettaC. I apologize that you are seeing this issue occur when you are editing your campaign and that you were unable to save your work. I do have a few questions to ask before I can assist you further:
What browser are you using and what version?
Have you tried any safe mode browsing? (incognito, safemode in Firefox, etc...)
What Operating System are you using?
Did you copy from a previous email campaign?
Does this issue occur for all email campaigns or one in particular?
