Error messages since Sunday night

I have often been losing my work in the middle of edits, and unable to save. I also get a double set of toolbars when I try to save.

Hello @LorettaC. I apologize that you are seeing this issue occur when you are editing your campaign and that you were unable to save your work. I do have a few questions to ask before I can assist you further:


  • What browser are you using and what version?
  • Have you tried any safe mode browsing? (incognito, safemode in Firefox, etc...)
  • What Operating System are you using?
  • Did you copy from a previous email campaign?
  • Does this issue occur for all email campaigns or one in particular?
