Error on placing Instagram ads

Hi 

 

I have been getting a strange error when trying to post Instagram ads on FB ads manager. Please see error message below:

 

Instagram ad creative without Instagram media ID: Check your ad creative settings.

 

Has anyone else faced this issue recently? Any ideas on what might be the solution?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I am sorry you’re experiencing issues when trying to post an Instagram ad. Are you using the Constant Contact tool to create the ad? If so, please be sure you have a business Instagram account otherwise Instagram doesn't allow ads and it may cause the error you’re seeing.
