I've been looking for the chat line to open today.
I kept saving it over and over - hoping that a "reset" would let it go.
This time when I saved it again - it finally revealed the issue it wanted me to correct, which was the "zip code format".
I have always entered the phone number in the zip code field because there was nowhere else in the footer to put it. So with the new format, I put the phone number in the new optional field available.
It let me send it just now.
