Event - How to offer multiple item options (shirt sizes), but only allow ONE item to be selected


I'm inquiring about how I can offer multiple items within an event, but only allow ONE of the items to be selected by the registrant.


For example: We offer training sessions to our distributors to become authorized for service and repair. For trainings we offer each registrant a shirt. We need to allow them to choose between S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL, but we only want them to be able to choose ONE size from the 6 size options.


The way I have it set up now, they technically have the option to select ONE shirt of each size S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL. This would give them potential to select a total of SIX shirts then!


I want to make sure we don't cause confusion or extra work on our end to track down the actual size they needed (I mean...I manage the registrants, so I can contact them manually to say "Hey - what ONE shirt size do you need?", but that kind of defeats the purpose. How do I allow the size options to be viewed, but limit their selection to ONE shirt size option. This will be the deciding factor in whether we continue with Survey Monkey or if we can consolidate our training registration process with Constant Contact!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your event! The details and screenshot you have included definitely help to understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish. The good news is you were going down the right path with setting your t-shirts as an additional option registrants can only order. You will however have to update you event so there is only one t-shirt option to select, with the different available sizes as your add on option.




Doing this will allow registrants to select only one t-shirt size. I hope this helps!
