The Guests' guest information did not flow down to the Download report NOR through EventSpot were these people available for check-in. Those with a guest only showed as a single, not multiple attendees. Skewed attendance records. 1st time this has happened.
Thank you for posting in the Community! I had a look into your account and found a closed Chapter Meeting for June. I did not see that the option was used on the registration settings for Guests, rather there was a Custom Information section used. We would suggest utilizing the option for Guests in the Settings, reserving the Custom Information for options that are not standard. Because the Guest option was not used, the information does display differently on reports. Though, I reviewed the reports and found guests’ First and Last names showing in columns L and M. This is shown on either the full or custom reports in these columns L and M. If the Guest option was used, these guests would have been searchable on the EventSpot Check-in app as well. I’m so sorry for any confusion surrounding the Guest option. Please see the following guide regarding adding a Guest option: Allow Registrants to Bring Guests in an Event Campaign. Once the option is set, you can add additional fillable fields under the standard Guest Information section as shown here: Collect Additional Information from Guests of an Event Campaign.
