Event Set up

I have set up an event (a golf tournament for our Non-Profit) We will have a limited number of spaces available for the tournament. The registration allows for what is called a foursome in golf, so when 1 player is registering he can pay for 4 players total. I had someone register and pay for the 4 players but only one registration was removed from my total instead of 4. Example: 144 total players allowed. 1 registration removes 1 from our number, so it would drop to 143 but my party paid for 4 players and still only 1 was removed instead of 4, so it again only dropped by 1 to 143 and not 4 to 140. How do I get this fixed.

Hello @HenryA71,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! For this event, you will want to add 4 players as a fee and add the other three as guests so your registration can reflect the amount of people who are coming.

I had a person register and pay for a foursome which should have removed 4 people from my from my maximum of 144 players, however only 1 person was removed which is in correct. It is a single payment but four people not just one person. This needs to be corrected in some way.

Hello @HenryA71,

You will want to make sure you have guests enabled so the person purchasing the foursome can choose four people which will reflect on your event.
