We are hosting an event in December and were hoping to publish the event this week. When we clicked on the button to make the event live we received a message stating that we needed to pay an additional monthly charge for that feature. We only use the event feature once a year and wouldn't need it after December. Is there a way to only pay the increased monthly fee for the time that we are using it and then go back to our basic account after December?

That's a great question. When you upgrade to Email Plus, there is no contract so if you want to downgrade back after your event completes you may do so by contacting the Billing Support team. There is also an option to buy a One-Time Plus Campaign if you would like to utilize that option as well. Please feel free to reach out should you have other questions.
