Hello @MelissaS246 ,
It's likely that they're running into some kind of network or device-specific connectivity error. I'd suggest cancelling those contacts' pending registrations, then asking them to re-register in either a different browser, in Incognito/Private browsing, or on a wholly different network than what they're currently using (e.g. using data instead of a work or home wifi). Other basic connectivity troubleshooting on their end may resolve the issue.
If you have a number of contacts still having issues, even after performing the workarounds, then please call our general support so they can provide more advanced troubleshooting live with you.
Several of our members are also experiencing this when they try and pay.....I have tried to register them myself and got the same message. HOWEVER, I also did a test registration for myself and didn't have any issues? PLEASE HELP!
Are the failed registrants unsubscribed from you, or have they been unsubscribed and resubscribed in the past? Is there an odd symbol, such as an apostrophe, in their email address? As mentioned in my response to this older post, it'd be best to call our general support so they can perform troubleshooting live with you, and so you can provide them with the explicit contacts / email addresses having issues.
