- What browser are you using?
- What steps did you take before getting that error?
- When was the Eventbrite account initially connected to CTCT?
- Was the Eventbrite account connected by using the main Eventbrite user's credentials or a subuser's?
- Does disconnecting and the reconnecting the Eventbrite account resolve the issue?
