Eventbrite integration

The integration does not work for me. It keeps saying "something went wrong, please refresh your browser and try again."

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! We will need additional information to troubleshoot this issue. 

  • What browser are you using?
  • What steps did you take before getting that error?
  • When was the Eventbrite account initially connected to CTCT?
  • Was the Eventbrite account connected by using the main Eventbrite user's credentials or a subuser's?
  • Does disconnecting and the reconnecting the Eventbrite account resolve the issue?
