Because I chose to a consistent layout for our weekly newsletter, with some repeating features, I generally copy the campaign from the week before, then edit the content. Typically, this works fine, but I've noticed that for our poll feature (that we utilize for a weekly trivia question) the current content posts correctly in the mailing, but on the back end report it will occasionally report the new numbers with the old content. For example, last week's email is showing the 10 clicks received, but lists the answer options (

Hi !

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! We have been tracking an issue with Poll reporting, and I have tracked this on your behalf.

 

When working with a copied campaign it is best to delete the old poll and insert a new a new poll to have accurate results appear on the reporting page.

OR

Click on the Campaign Details tab and then click back onto the Campaign Reporting tab. This will refresh the results and show the correct total.
