Exporting Poll Results

I had a poll in my last email sent and I am trying to export the results into a list. It is not allowing me to do so... any tips? It lets me select all the results and then has the option to press buttons "export to CSV" or "add to list" but when I press either of them - it doesn't do anything!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that you are unable to find the export of your survey results. Please see our helpful article that shows you exactly where to find your exported results and then after you download them you will want to add them back to a list. Thank you!
