We have serveral accounts for different clients. Someone created an email with the editor in our account, but we need to move it to a client account.
Is there any way to do that without recreating the entire email?

Emails can be moved from one account to another by manually recreating it. We also have our custom services team that can help save time and recreate this template for you at a one time fee of $49.00. If interested, check out this page.
Thank you for the heads up on the broken link. Here are the instructions on how to transfer the contents of an email from one Constant Contact account into another account.
This is still the current solution we have for this process.
What a joke. Why isn't sharing templates easy? You are not losing any business, it still goes from one CC account to another CC account...
So basically what you're saying is that if you're a creative agency, we're best to use Mailchimp? Coz we create MANY email campaigns and then share the template with client easily without having to pay anything extra!!! Jeepers. I would have thought this was 'email builder 101'!!!!!
I'd be more than happy to answer your question for you about getting your email campaign into another Constant Contact account. Currently this option is offered by our Custom Services team to do what is called a Campaign Copy which they will copy the email from your account into the desired account for a fee of $49. Alternatively the only other method that can be done is copying the html code from one block to another block of a template built in the desired account, which can be done through the following means:

I have the same issue and need to transfer an email that I created in my account to another account. My question is if I do a Campaign Copy via your Custom Services team, will all of the images associated with the campaig be transferred over to the new account or will we have to upload the images into that account ourselves.
I'd be happy to assist you with this, our Custom Services team will copy the complete template over including all images and content.

I can set that up for you or you can contact support and they can open up a case. The current price for a "campaign copy" is $49, if you would like me to submit this request for you just reply back to this post with the other Username (You will have to be able to verify both accounts).

Ok great! I am finishing up the email campaign now and then will be ready to submit the custom service request. Do you have an email or request form to submit the request?
You can send a email with both usernames and the campaign you are looking to copy, to email@example.com
Once the template is copied over it would be a draft email in the account so you would be able to make edits and copy it as you needed to. We would recommend saving the email as a "Master" copy so you copy the email everytime you would like to use the template.

First of all we will have to import templates from our account and then we can export templates that have designed, using our tools as well as our custom coded templates that have been previously imported.
Well it has been almost 24 months since the topic has been brought up and we still do not have an easier way to perform this for customers/clients. I get the impression that CC feels as though it could be a conflict of interest to perform the task but doesn't see the value in the fact that we are all CREATING these great emails in their platform. Puzzled....
I hear where you're coming from. Although our workaround isn't ideal at this point in time, manually moving templates between accounts or having our Custom Services team assist you are the only methods we offer currently. We certainly appreciate your feedback and will pass it along for consideration.
We do not have the ability to export templates from Constant Contact. If you wanted to send someone a test/preview of your email they could take a look at it to see the layout and make edits. If you wanted the complete design to be updated, sending them the Style Sheet of the template (available for most templates, but not all) might be helpful, as they could update the Style sheet for you to then update in your account. To access the Style Sheet, if the template allows, you can edit the campaign and then in the black bar across the top of the email click the Style Sheet tab.
