Extra spacing

How do I get extra spaces between words ?   On the template it shows the extra space but in the test email there aren't any extra spaces.

Can you elaborate on what you mean, or provide a screencap? When I test sent your latest few drafts, they all arrived in my inbox looking the same as the preview version.
