Hello @KenR80 ,

 

Are you receiving a specific error message when scheduling your email? I looked on your account, and there's no holds on it currently. When I checked the scheduling page with my CSCTEST_ copy, I noticed that there were no email addresses selected for your From and Reply-To. Have you checked to make sure those fields are selected, or that your physical address is properly setup?
