Hi, I have not been able to connect to IG/FB. It shayh something that is no authorized app, no allowed.... Please advise and thank you for your support.

Hello @ArmandoE ,

 

You'll need to make sure the Instagram / Facebook accounts you're trying to connect are business pages (not personal ones), and that you're an admin for those pages. FB and IG do not allow 3rd party access to personal accounts using their API.
