Facebook Ad Leads Page Glitching

Hi team! I have an active ad running for Facebook Leads but it won't let me look at the Campaign results. I can click and open the Campaign but the screen goes white after 2-3 seconds. Could you look into this for us? Thanks.

Hello @EmilyA154 ,

 

If the stats page isn't loading on our side, it'd indicate there was an interruption in the connection between your FB business account and CTCT account. You should still be able to review and manage the ad's stats through your FB business manager.
