Hi is there any way to add a facebook like button to a campaign email? Like by using html? I know the "third generation" editor does not have an html option. Why is that? I would think it would be a huge thing to have a way for readers to like a facebook page without having to click to navigate to the facebook page and then clicking like. Clicking like right off the email would be extremely convenient! Any way to do this?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize that there isn't access to the HTML code in our third generation editor. Our developers focused on creating mobile-friendly templates, and what we found previously was that certain manipulations to the code could break the templates when sending them out.
We really appreciate your specific feedback on how our third generation editor can be improved. It's great insight for our developers to review as they map out future updates for the product. I have tracked it in your account for them to see. I also encourage you to check out our Feedback area of the Community where you can post any additional feedback you have and chime in with other customers sharing their ideas.
In the meantime, I would suggest linking your Facebook page within your emails. Please also let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Thank you and enjoy your weekend!
