Facebook campaign stats do not load

I'm not confident my ad is running. I dont' get any messages through FB and the stats page doesn't load on the CC website when I'm logged in there.

Hello @KATHLEENM379 ,

 

If the stats page isn't loading on our side, it'd indicate there was an interruption in the connection between your FB business account and CTCT account. You should still be able to review and manage the ad's stats through your FB business manager.
