Hello, In our two most recent email newsletters we are seeing a number of false click throughs. When our rate was much higher than normal we looked at the list and see that a recipient would register as clicking on every single link in the email at the same time.
I see other people in these forums are seeing the same problem of false clicks. Is constsnt contact working on any solve for this?
Hi @ChristineM746 , I can understand how these types of clicks affect your reporting. At this time, we do not have a time to filter out these clicks. It's likely they are caused by a security system scanning the emails before they enter the inbox. We will track your feedback on this request.
