I could not send a Father's Day Email due to an error with your system. I logged out and logged back in and had the same error. As well, I changed the email but it never changed, each time I return to my account it continued to have the "Mother's Day" banner and not the one I changed it too?

Taking a look, it does look like you got a Father's Day email sent. That said, it does look like you're still using our legacy email builder which tends to run into these issues - especially if they're copies of copies and beyond. Have you had a chance to take a look at our mobile-friendly editor?
